The Devil Wears Yellow...

Last week was bright and sunny across the nation ( ignoring the super brief hailstorm incident this morning)...So it looks like spring is finally round the corner and we can start bringing out the bright colours from the back of our drawers. Yellow has always been a slightly tricky colour to wear, especially on pale skins...Here's a neat alternative, try wearing topaz/amber jewellery. The warmer tones softens your skin and looks fabulous.

Where is the London Love?

This valentine has definately been the most busy Colour Couture has been in a long time...love must truely have been in the air. The most amazing thing is 60% of our valentine orders came from outside London... with Manchester leading the way with over 40%!! that's really massive...it just begs the question...have Londoners gone off love?

HSBC Award Finalists!

This year seems to be off to a great start, Colour Couture was shortlisted to receive the coveted title of Uniprenuer 2008 sponsored by HSBC and the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship...amazing! Not only that, we were welcomed with open arms as new members of the London Association of Contemporary Jewellery...now that's what I call a pretty impressive start to the new year!
